“In One World” show celebrates cultural diversity in Coimbra

The Arzila Folklore and Ethnographic Group, from Coimbra, will close the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of its foundation with a show, on March 30th, which values the encounter between different artistic expressions.
The show “Num só mundo”, in the large auditorium of the Convento de São Francisco, at 5:00 pm, “celebrates cultural diversity and promotes the encounter between different artistic expressions”, informed the ethnographic group in a note sent today to the Lusa agency, to defend that it is important to “promote respect for the plurality of experiences and traditions”.
On stage, according to the statement, will be the Arzila Folklore and Ethnographic Group, the União Taveirense Philharmonic, the Gaiteiros da Rainha Santa and the violinist Afonso Santana.
